Post # 200
Doesn't seem like many posts for 2 1/2 years,
but considering I started this blog as therapy....
Think of all the money I've saved!
200 visits to a therapist would be a ton!
:-)
Have you met my friend Michelle over at the Studio at Crow Haven Farm?
She is bubbly and talented and oh, so busy! I have never met Michelle, but I think of her as the Blog Energizer Bunny!
She is as giving as she is bunny-ish too.
I am positive I am not the only blogger that has had their life enhanced by meeting Michelle!
(I hear others in the background cheering - Me too!)
Michelle gifted me an award a couple of weeks ago.
This is the Renee Award

Michelle gifted me an award a couple of weeks ago.
This is the Renee Award
The Renee award was created by Bella and Ces in honour of their friend Renee. In Bella's own words "this is a brand new award and I have the pleasure and honor of spreading the seed, watching it grow. I hope it finds it's way to those who are like Renee: the acorn, a small package becoming a tall and sturdy oak, giving more acorns, becoming tall and sturdy oaks, giving acorns...";-)
I visited Renee first to read her story. Then I visited Bella and Ces.
My life was again enhanced.
Please visit these blogs and share the stories of three tall and sturdy oaks.
It is amazing what can grow from a tiny acorn.
It just so happens that I do know a couple of acorns who have stood there ground in the fiercest of life's storms.
After reading about Renee, I want to give this award to bloggers that I know personally, have met and witnessed their strength against some hefty odds.
So to these lovely, strong women I pass the Renee Award.
I admire your strength, perseverance and grace with which you live your lives.

And to anyone who has not met these wonderful women...
They are all a little nuts too!
;-)
Ok, I also entered a game on the afore mentioned Michelle's blog.
I won!
:-D
I was one of the first 5 people to leave a comment on her blog post...so I get a prize in the snail mail! (Oh how I love that!)
So
The first five people to leave a comment on this, my #200 post, will also receive a snail mail prize from me!
Here's hoping 5 people comment!
Oh, and on this momentous day of the 200th post...my youngest won a championship with his traveling AAU basketball team.
~~~Beaming Mom~~~
He's the fourth from the left standing.
It was a loooooooooooong weekend for Bleacher butt Moms!
